Ellen Jacobs DNP, APRN, FNP-C

Endocrinology Ms. Jacobs was first drawn to a career in nursing because it combined her interest in science with her desire to care for others. As a registered nurse, she worked in in-patient and out-patient healthcare settings. She saw a nurse practitioner's impact on patients' health and healthcare decisions, which led her to pursue her doctorate in nursing.
Ms. Jacobs lives in Eau Claire with her husband and two children. She enjoys traveling, baking, reading, and spending time with her family. As a family, they enjoy exploring Eau Claire. Some of their favorite activities are visiting the farmers' market, listening to concerts in the park, playing at local parks, and getting ice cream.
