OakLeaf Clinics is a physician-owned, independent medical practice located in beautiful Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Our team of healthcare clinicians consists of over 50 physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners.

OakLeaf Clinics provides inpatient services at HSHS Sacred Heart Hospital; HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital and OakLeaf Surgical Hospital. Outpatient services are provided at our Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls locations. We also provide outreach services to many communities in western Wisconsin including: Baldwin, Cumberland, Black River Falls, Rice Lake, Stanley, Neillsville, Durand, and Shell Lake.

  • Billing Office Customer Service Representative

    OakLeaf Clinics – Business Office is seeking a full-time Billing Office Representative to join our expanding business office.

    The position is responsible for providing high-level customer service and professionalism to all patients, ensuring that all patient billing questions, complaints, and requests of any kind are promptly addressed to ensure high patient satisfaction.   It will also include additional tasks such as data entry, payment posting, and follow up calls to patients for outstanding balances.

    The ideal candidate will have at least two years of previous experience in a medical billing environment, including a full understanding of insurance processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and comfortable working in a flexible team environment.  Experience working in Epic is preferred.

  • Certified Medical Assistant

    Duties include rooming patients, taking vital signs, completing medication reconciliation, medication/vaccination administration, triaging patient needs, scheduling appointments, completing required prior authorizations, assisting providers and healthcare team with the day to day clinical practice, and other duties as assigned.

    The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing patient-focused care, have strong interpersonal skills, and be able to multi-task with high attention to detail. Prior Epic experience is preferred, but not required. Certification and BLS required. No weekends or holidays!

  • Patient Care Coordinator

    OakLeaf Clinics - OakLeaf Pediatrics & OBGYN is seeking a full-time energetic patient care coordinator to join our expanding healthcare team.

    Duties include (but not limited to) greeting patients and visitors, answering phones and directing calls or taking messages, providing office support to clinical staff and management, working in an electronic health record, scheduling appointments, collecting patient payments, verifying insurance benefits, updating patient information, and many miscellaneous office tasks.   

    The ideal candidate must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a genuine friendly demeanor and positive attitude. Strong computer skills, good time management and organization, and the ability to multitask and self-motivate are also required. Previous experience in a medical office is preferred. EPIC software experience is also a plus.
