Tyler Adamczak FNP-C, CEN

Mr. Adamczak's practice focuses on providing efficient, evidence-based care for patients of all ages with acute and urgent conditions. With an emergency department background and over a decade of military service as a US Army officer, he brings calm, capable, and compassionate care to every patient encounter. He strives to ensure each individual receives timely, thorough, and personalized treatment during stressful moments.

A Wisconsin native, Mr. Adamczak is proud to serve the Chippewa Valley community. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.
