The ideal candidate has experience providing services in a medical setting and a proven track record of product sales and cross-promoting service lines. Accepting full and part time applicants with a strong background in self-promotion and marketing to help expand the service line!

Our healthcare team consists of physicians, nurse midwives, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dietitians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and medical assistants working in concert with laboratory/imaging services to offer individualized care to the Chippewa Valley.
Position description
The Aesthetician provides high-quality, safe, and effective cosmetic and skincare services to patients/clients. This role focuses on delivering personalized treatments, supporting patient education, and contributing to a positive, welcoming patient experience. The Aesthetician works collaboratively with providers, RNs, and support staff to ensure exceptional service and adherence to clinic standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations to determine the best course of treatment for each client
- Work with the dermatology providers to understand medical diagnoses and develop opportunities to cross-promote services to optimize patient outcomes
- Perform chemical peels, cosmetic injections, laser hair removal, and additional treatments
- Demonstrate and sell retail products to clients, providing product recommendations based on their individual needs
- Utilize scheduling software to schedule appointments and manage client information
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Track inventory of supplies and products
- Maintain education and knowledge on trends and techniques
- Assist with creating aesthetic packages, specialty pricing, and events to showcase the services provided
- Additional duties as assigned
- Work a flexible schedule within the clinic or department hours based on clinical demand or need
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Aesthetician License
- 3+ years working as a licensed Aesthetician providing injections, peels, and laser treatments
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and proven ability to sell self-care products
- Experience in creating service and product specials with an understanding of costs and profit margins
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Physical demands

Major activities of this job include frequent walking, standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, and light physical effort performed on a level surface. Some carrying, kneeling, bending, reaching, and squatting are involved in the medical office. Use a computer and telephone and employ writing and organizational skills. Manual dexterity, mobility, and good vision, including near acuity, depth perception, and accommodation, are physical requirements for technical work.
Salary: Starting salary $22/hour, commensurate with experience
