Women'sSelina Ehrat, CNM, was passionately guided to birth work by her pregnancy, labor, birth experiences, interaction with midwives, and especially by her love of being a mother.
She cares for women at all stages and ages, especially teens, pregnancy, and birth. She is particularly interested in natural wellness and healing the body naturally. She enjoys providing women with knowledge, resources, and support to encourage and empower them to prioritize their health and make decisions based on their needs, wants, and desires.
Outside work, you can find her hanging at home in her yurts, walking in the woods with the dogs, or at one of her kid's sporting events. She cherishes family time, especially when all five kids are home together. She enjoys cooking and baking healthy vegan food and trying new recipes. Her hobbies include being a long-time distance runner, trail running, racing, hiking, camping, exploring the great outdoors, visiting national parks, and discovering hidden gems.
