Medical Laboratory Technician

OakLeaf Clinics – Eau Claire Medical Clinic is seeking a full-time (32-40 hours per week) Medical Lab Technician to join our expanding lab team. Primary responsibilities will include collecting specimens, processing moderately complex diagnostic laboratory tests, following quality control procedures, and documenting results.

An ideal candidate has:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a clinic or hospital lab setting with strong phlebotomy skills
  • Minimum of an associate degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinic lab sciences
  • Current ASCP certification or equivalent

Certified Medical Assistant

OakLeaf Clinics – Eau Claire Medical Clinic is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our expanding healthcare team.

Duties include triaging patient needs (phone or in person), rooming patients, taking vital signs, completing medication reconciliation, administering medications including injections, scheduling follow-up appointments and completing required prior authorization paperwork.

Ideal candidate will be passionate in providing patient-focused care, ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment and have strong computer skills – Epic experience a plus. Current CPR and certification as a medical assistant required.

Clinical Coordinator (LPN or CMA)

OakLeaf Clinics – Eau Claire Medical Clinic has an exciting opportunity to work as the Clinical Coordinator for our post-acute care services.

Duties will include managing the schedule for 6 (six) clinicians, medication reconciliation entry, triaging phone calls and faxes and providing general medical support to the team.

Ideal candidates will be patient-focused, have excellent customer service skills, ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment. Full-time schedule working Monday through Friday from 0900 to 1730. No weekends or holidays. Must be licensed as practical nurse or certified as medical assistant. Current CPR required. Epic experience a plus.
