"With my Rusk County roots, I am honored and privileged to have the opportunity to come back to the region and serve the community that shaped me by providing primary care to my friends and neighbors. I am passionate about rural medicine and look forward to meeting my patients where they are in their current health journey and aligning with them to obtain their ideal version of health through patient-centered approaches. One of my greatest passions is entering community medicine practices to instill healthy habits in patients' day-to-day lives and see the positive ripple effects within the clinic."

Dr. Runstrom embodies a full spectrum of practice from newborn to end-of-life care. She takes a patient-centered approach to align with her patients to fulfill their version of full health, valuing educating the patient to empower them to advocate for their health journey. She has a special interest in women's health and community-engaged medicine. She is active in the community and enjoys seeing the ripple effects of instilled healthy habits. She enjoys gardening, food preservation, and spending time with her family.
