Carly Sisco FNP-BC, APNP

Ms. Sisco began her nursing career in 2013 as a CAN in a long-term care center.  In 2017, she obtained her degree as a registered nurse. She worked as an RN in a transitional care unit for one year before moving to endocrinology for four years while pursuing her master's in nursing.  Since 2021, she has been practicing as a nurse practitioner with Oakleaf Clinics. She started with Oakleaf Clinics in the inpatient setting as a critical care hospitalist and transitioned to Southside Medical Clinic in 2024. With this transition, she was able to achieve her goal of providing care to the community while developing long relationships with her patients and their families.  Ms. Sisco enjoys caring for patients of all ages and demographics. She particularly enjoys serving the pediatric and women's health population. She has two delightful daughters and is raising them in Eau Claire with my husband. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors with her family, walking their dog, tending to her flowers, and relaxing on Lake Holcombe.
